　　Dear Sir / Madam,

　　We received the list of Chinese journalists wishing to interview the World Grand Prix Final Round in Yokohama, Japan.

　　We will accept the journalists listed on it. However, could we have the application forms in digital format because some of the letters were invisible?

　　As a next procedure, we would like to ask you to return the form with their travel schedule including accommodation and flight schedule (arrival and departure). Please use the attached form. Please return them by e-mail.

　　Only after we receive the necessary information, we can proceed with making the invitation letter and the letter of guarantee.
